I am looking for legal advice to start a compnay which can do mulitple business under one roof.
Starting with: we have plans to start up a Microfinance Organization, Medical Diagnostic Center, and Educational Institution in rural area's.
Is this possible to register one company for all Business.?
Are there any spl laws governing all the above mentioned bodies individually.?
Is there any diff when starting these business in rural india compared to urban.?
Which law deals better with all above things.? (Business/corporate/legal)
Is there any legal firm how can assist us in these things.? (Bangalore)
