Need advise

Hi I need some advise...

A girl gets married to a muslim guy foreginer  in 2000 the guy and girl never live together .the guy marries the  girl to get a US  diversity visa.

Guy returns tohis country and does not contact the girl.

Girl waits for 7 years and  decides  to begin  a new life the,new guy in her life is aware of the  past, but girl thinks it is not right, new guy convinces her to  get married.girl gets married butalways thinks she did not do the right  thing.new guy treats her very bad, abuses her and she decides to stay seperately.

Seperated for 2 years now...new guy is now threatning to ruin the girls life because of her past...girl is being tortured to an extent either to end her life....or leave him,,,,,life has become miserable 2 folds....girl wants to accept her mistake for going agants law......tired of being threatned. All she wanted was a family of her own have children, why is marriage someti,es so complicated.

What can  she do?

1. Your brief has no mention of religion(s) of the girl and second husband?.
2. Your brief has no mention of Act under which they first and second time got married under?
3. Your brief smells only of 'desire for a family of once own' that is all.

Now if para 3 is the only query we are left facing with then my suggestion would be to take a long vacation where eat, pray (to rejuvenate your mind, body and soul) and then come back to home base to find third time a husband and start fresh your family with him. Here to the third husband don’t disclose your past. Things will be all right if both of you concern for love and family and past is past.
Reasoning:
A.
7 years separation is as good as legal divorce and could have been ex-partied if one knows under which Act the marriage first of all took place.
B. Second husband torture remedy is not what this brief is all about right now as para 1 and para 2 are missing to guide legally any further is my view
C. Rest writers may give their social view to this query which right now does not interest me legally in the absence of para 1 / 2 .
