Name with initialin south indian.

As per my school and collage certificate my name is B Grish ( V is my initiaL) but If i supposed to write my name in First name and second name format then I have to mention my name as Grish V or Grish Venkatraman.  In different palce my name is mention in different way

And my PAN card is also issued in the name of Grish Venkatraman.and Now i am mnection my name as Grish Venkatraman.

so  If the same continues, would there be any issues in furture.
