my wife left me alone last one month before after 17 years marriage

my have left me alone last one month ago with 2 child and all home appliances, crockery, daily use utensils etc by showing me local goons.Now she is not giving me either divorce nor my child. She harass me for maintenance.She stays just front of my house in rental basis.Now I am jobless.

First issue legal notice to her to come and stay with u to perform marital rights if she deny approach Ur well wishers who tries to bind u both.
