Hi All
- since my marriage there was lot of disturbences from my wife and her family. and we got seperated on August 2009, I had sent a Legal notice for mutual divorce , but they have rejected it and filed RCR and HAM24 in the month of August 2010.
- sinnce there is a pending RCR,A false 498A has been booked on me and other 5 family members on oct 31 in Andhra Pradesh. Since my FIl is an Additional Public Procesutor there he has influenced the SP on 25th NOV police had come to my native to arrest, but luckiely no one was arrested.
- on 14 December our AB got rejected , citing reasons that investigations is in complete hence rejecting the AB.
- now i am trying for my AB in High court,
- How about going for Quash and Stay of proceding , stay of arrest and son in High Court, do i need to submmit and proof that this is an false 498A , as per her FIR statements i have some proofs to show that this is an False 498A case.
- since my FIL is an APP, how can i screw him ?
- also the SP is lienient with the FIL and they have not followed any procedures before comming tom arrest , How can i tackel this Police.
- He has Influinced the Judge and PP in the lower cours and got my AB rejected, how can i go about this ?
