Later she obtained NOC from daughters rest in her favour title . Later stage eldest daughter executed sale deed of whole property depriving rights of the rest daughters on title support.Is this legal now deprived daughters filing Partition and there shares on disposal property asking the sale deed power of eldest daughter as a sole owner.
