I have purchased plot from Builder "B" at Lucknow in November 13.
Builder had purchased that big land from kissan "K" in Sept. 12.
Builder has not did Dakhik- karij (Mutation) after purchase and Bhulekh records still shows name of kissa"K"
Now Builder tells that there is no need / required of dakhil-kariz(Mutation) as SDM has ordered 143 Z.A.L. to convert agricultural to non agricultural use and such line of statement is appearing in bhulekh records w.e.f sept 13. Further it is mentioned in Bhulekh records that this declaration is done in light of revenue and there will be no effects on other rules and Master plan. Use/construction on this land will be valid as per Lucknow development area and Master plan 2021
My question is how my name will get endrosed in land revenue records if dakhil-kariz is not permitted in such case??
