I need Clarification in the below regards:
My Friend an Shiekh muslim.
His grand father Mr.Basha Sab was granted 4 acres of agriculture land through Darkast order by Karnataka government in 1941 located at Kolar District.
His grand father is no more.
All records like RTC ( 1965 to 2014) ,Khatha, Mutation & Patta Book is in the name of Mr.Basha Sab.
Now Mr.Basha Sab's 2 male Childrens enjoying the property by the way of agriculturing.
Now Basha Sab's Only & Elder Brother(No More) 2 son's has filed the petition by saying they are also have the Rights on above said property.
Kindly guide us whether opposite parties have rights.
Can we take injuction order against them to not to enter the land premises and not to file in any type of court asking the share in the above said property.
Your suggestion is highly appreciated.
