Muslim boy and Hindu girls marriage

I am a Muslim boy(26) and im willing to marry a Hindu girl(25). 1.What I need is what are the legal ways to get marry(whn both of our parents are convinced). 2.changing her name / religious reg. 3.is thr any possible to marry without religious identity. 4.is it possible to marry in both the religious way..
