Mother id proof

hi, I want ID Proof for my MOM, she donta have any ID Proof. how do I take that. no birth &10th Certificate also. bank also refused to give on dependent account. thanks in advance

You MOM can obtain voters card , aadhar card, etc.

you can get adharr card to your mother than get bank account for it
