Hi,
A gave money to B on 18% interest. B didn't pay the money on due date. Is this a breach of contract. Can A ask for compensation as interest? Can the interest be 18% of principal for compensation? Please give the acts and provisions under which A can be benefitted.

I think, There can be no compensation but interest only and that too as ordered by court and upto the date of realization.
