He said it was loan given to the person in the previous financial year which is returned in this financial year. But...I have no idea of these transactions. I asked for account statement. He denies to give. Bank manager says she can't divulge information as it is joint signing current account and partner doesn't sign the letter for account statement. I have decided to dissolve the partnership as he is not showing monthly account since 3 month.

Your OP is comfortable with banker.

Try by approaching seniors of banker.

If you are suspicious, get all details and if it is notnpossible to continue with such partnership, take a considered call on it.
