MY mcop case finished by settlement in lok adalat on nov 23/2013....Judgement issued to insurance company...company has produced claim amount cheque to court...My question is if i file a petition to retrieve my cheque how many days it will take to collect my cheque...what will be further procedure? pls guide me

Hello Soma,
You have to hire a lawyer to take you thru this... he will do an application on your behalf, the court and the clerk will verify it. and then they will deposit the same in your account.
in the mean time you would need to provide with your bank details and other details as required... your lawyer will guide you thru..
and finally the deposit will happen in a span of 2 months.
