Dear Sir. have got second marrige last 17 year ago my wife do't got the divorce and she has hide the fact and have a girls baby is the legal or illegal. tell me is that valid marrige or not and passed long time. kindly suggest me.

I think you wanted to ask whether your wife's previous marriage and a child begotten through that marriage is legal?, If her previous marriage was legally divorced before marrying you, then her second marriage with you is held valid and legal. The child begotten through her previous marriage is a legitimate child, if you want you can adopt the child and be a adopted father to the child, otherwise you do not have to bother about it, that child cannot claim any share in your property, it cannot be treated as your child also.
