I need your help.. My grandmother had filed a suit against us for maintenance against order 7 rule 1 CPC.
My mother is a deased person. My only brother has paralysed m the only earning hand in family. And also recently lost my job.nowadays not working. And already 4 cases are there for our share in property which is regested on my grandfather's name and he has already expired in 2005. We have filed a suit for 35 years possession and we have permanent stay order. Now my grand mother and uncle want to grab the property. So, for harrasment they have filed a suit for maintenance..
My question is this maintainable ..my brother and mother are not earning even 1 rs.how can they give anything to them.also my grandmother getting rent 12000/- per month from this property.
Plzz help me to understand.
