very simble you can prove that your wife is employee and you also submit your salary statement, even though your child maintance you only response, if you like to ask i am unable to maitain in my child and she is working and earning more then me, you must prove your wife is working and getting exact salary also.

Thanks Sheikh Mohammed for your reply .As a matter of fact i am ready to support maintanence for my child but thats a manupilated amount she has shown . I have got her salary certificate etc to prove her salary in court . My wife has mentioned that i alone only should bear all the expenses of the child .

when she is a working woman earning 43,000 per month why cant she bear a part of the expenses for the child. Secondly she claims the child medical amount ( Rs 600 ) from her company which is reimbursed back to  her . Why is she showing (savings Rs 1000 )for the child as maintanence .

Is there a possibilty for me to claim maintanence from my wife due to various health factors like sugar and skin problems wherein the total Medical expenditure of the month works out to 8500 per month .

Blood sugar weekly check up 750 x 4  times   = 3000

Diabetic Doctors consultation charges 250 X 4 times monthly = 1000

Medicines = rs  2000  Monthly

Skin specialist doctors charges = 250 x 4 times  = Rs 1000 Monthly

Medicines = Rs 1500

Total = 8500 monthly
