I have lent money to a friend and had not taken any security for this he has returned some part of the amount but if refusing to return the rest and is now telling me that he will throw a case against me for extortion so don't know what to do as i am desperate for the money now but I don't know what to do
When he was desperate I had lended the money to him but now he is refusing to return it is there any way that I can go about this legally.
