Legal rights of land owners after expiry of life of property

When two brothers given their total share in a plot 200sq.y. (one have 140sq.y. and another have 60sq.y.) for development to a developer on equall share basis among the three. After development, developer had paid off totally for construction and agreed by an agreement both brothers to occupy and share the property equally forever.  After expiry of life of the construction (say after 70Y), the construction will going to be demolished.

At tha

t point what is the legal status of two brothers or their legal heirs on that property? Whether they have equall rights? or have right to share in their original contribution? in view of rebuilt the construction or dispose of the property?

Thanks in advancce

Sridhar
