I in the capacity of the HR manager of a Dubai based company am working on an accident case of one of our employees belonging to RaeBareily District of UP .
To help out the bereaved family by providing financial assistance we need a Legal Heir Certificate from the concerned authorities such that it is accepted by the Minitry of Foreign Affairs and UAE Embassy in India for attestation. As you will agree the Embassy will not attest any documents which is from the lower level like the Gram Panchayat .
If someone can please help with a specimen in which the Rae Bareily authorities issue a Legal Heir Certificate is issued I can have it checked with the UAE Emabassy else the whole process of getting one will be futile if the UAE Embassy refuses to attest it .
