I have taken a room on rent before 3 days. my owner ask me to give some documents like pan card, aadhar card, my job id, my joining letter, with 2 copies of photos. after that he ask me to give reference signature of 2 people who knows me with there jobs documents. I agree with that so I gave him 10k as an down-payment for that room. so I'm shifted over there yesterday.. n today he told me to back off his room again to him... because of m having divorce to my husband in 2013 ND he wanted to see my divorce papers. so my question is......is it legal process to see my divorce papers??? and is he going with correct process???? plz help me out
thanks for the advice sir.. but I m not taking compensate from my ex husband. in 2014 m remarried. now m staying with my present husband but I have some traveling issue so we are staying separate. once in week my husband is coming to my house. so basically m not connected with my ex husband in any way.
