Land split dispute

Good Evening All,

I have inherited some property and land along with my two uncles from my grandfather.

There is two properties that are at road side, one property has been given in the will to one of my uncles and the other property has been split between myself and my other uncle. I have received the back part and the front has been given too my uncle, which i am happy with.

However there are 3 fields across the road all of which have been given to all three without individual names so we have to agree how to split the 3 fields. Now one field is totally at the road side and next field is behind the first one and then there is a 3rd which is at the very back.

So as i received the back part of the two Properties can i claim the front field as mine totally as my uncles have already got road side properties from this inheritance?

You can very well claim the front side of the property for the present partition, since you have already agreed with the previous allotment of another property located at the rear side.  If there should arise a dispute, file a partition suit for proper division of property considering the metes and bounds and good and bad soil equally among all the co-sharers.
