I am planning to take a property. I see below problem in the document. Please advice me the right process to get it corrected.
details as below :
1. in 1988 1 acer land was done into 10 plots and one of the plot 5 from that layout was purchased by Party "X". boundary for plot are east plot no 1 ,west plot no 2 ,north plot no 3 and south pplot no 4.
2. in 2005 party Y purchased the plot 5 and boundaries are writtens below east plot no 1, west plot no 2 north plot no 3 and south plot no 13. here south boundary is written wrong.
3. iin 2006 GPA was done by patry Z, with boundariies same as party Y docuemnt. same mistake carry forwarded.
4. party Z regisgtered the sale deed on GPA by paying registeration charges. with same boundary mistake of south one.
I want to purchase this plot. I want to know how to correct this mistake.
if rectification deed needs to be made, who all should be invloved.?
Please help me on thisl.
