land dispute

My husbands has been staying with his parents at his maternal place since birth. Now the problem is his mother is the soleful owner of d property. My husband has two other brothers who have constructed house in d plot on either sides without purchasing from d landlord or without any planning. The old mud house which we stay in they are damaging that also to build as and how they want. What legal actions can I take against them. They want me to stay in d middle of the property without ventilation.
