1-Employee can move labour court if his salary is not more than Rs 10000.00PM (Under the PW ACT 1936)

2-He may also filed an Industrial Dispute for determination of due amount ,this may be a good idea because there is possiblity  that matter may resolved after intervention of conciliation officer

3-If he has been threated ,he may file FIR  IN POLICE STATION  also

4-He may also approach civil court for his salary amount
