I have one query regarding my civil land. Due to not taken a permission of Maharashtra government at the time of buying land in 1980 my land is escheat.( Kulkayada ).
Today i read a news in Sakal paper( Pune ) that the government has decided to give that escheated land to owner of that land with 50% or 75% of ready recker as a penauilty after the Order (GO ).
Please let me know the ready reckner rate of kendur Pabal near Shikrapur pune( Shirur ).
My land is 4.5 Acre...
How much amount we have to pay as a penaulty.
