I am working in the KPO from the last approx. 2 years and on 12 Aug they verbally informed us that start searching your options for the job as our two major clients have gone and all the employees can consider this statements as information, memo, warning, or any other thing. And on the very next day, 13 Aug, they said that now there is no need to search job as the company is talking to the client and will have the work soon. On 26 Aug, the company put a notice on back date (12 Aug) stating that "the whole month is a notice period," and there was no authorized signature, which we all know is invalid. Then, we contacted the Noida labor office but did not lodged any complaint and after that they agreed to give us salary til the date 12 September which is invalid. We all employees lodged the complaint on 28 Aug and the labor inspector came to our office on 29 Aug and asked about various documentation from our HR manager from which it has been proved that they are fraud and running the company illegally. I would like to tell you one more thing that the company is US based and the owner is an US citizen and they do not have any branch all over India. Please guide us about all this, what are our rights and how we can have rights (please mention the act also as we do not have any knowledge).
