Want to get a old certified copy of 1995

i filed a case in 1995 where respondents gave wrong evidence i got to know about the document now how can iget the certified copy i tried with cnr number but its writing order not uploaded by concerned court . e-certification also not working of that high court . please guide i want certified copy

You may apply to the Court. The copy would be provided if the records are still preserved.

Seek help of a local lawyer if do not have your own lawyer and get a certified copy

If you have the case number then you file a copy application seeking certified copy of the desired document from the court concerned.

However it is pertinent that you were a party to that case otherwise you may have to file a third party affidavit with convincing reasons for seeking the said documents.
