I have filed a case in Raebareliconsumer dispute Redressal Forum against a telecom company.. After taking the the case they asked me for the Jurisdiction if they have then i submitted the circular No.2-17/2013-Policy-I dated 4th Feb 2014 issued by Director (P&RB) attached here.
Now they told me that it is issued by Ministry of Communications & IT and not as per Supereme Court Guide lines earlier issued.
They also said that the documents only acceptable which is may be any judgement either of Supereme Court or National Consumer Forum.
Now i need the help-and hope for so.
