Jurisdiction for grant of Anticipatory Bail.

Can a person obtain an Anticipatory bail from HC of his/her home state in cases where A case for Non bailable offence has been regd. in different state where he or she is working. If yes, under what condition and Case law if any. Regards

Case is Regd. U/s 306, Is it possible to get Anticipatory bail from other state?
