Dear respected members,
I have won a court case in Bangalore Small Causes Court on December 3, 2010, the judgment was announced on the same day.
I have already paid amount to my lawyer's assistant to get the judgement copy, however, to no avail and he has requested us to hide it from his seniors.
I have personally filed a request for judgement copy at the court and was advised to hand over the receipt to the peon which I did after writing my CR number. Now, the peon does not pick up calls and is not giving the copy.
Please advice if there is any other way of obtaining the judgement copy as I have no one in Bangalore and Im settled in New Delhi.
