Is rti act applicable to cooperative bank

hello experts,

i will be thankfull please enlighten me if rti application is rejected by cooperative bank stating that it is not under purview of the rti act.

also under the rights of member my request was not considered to show the minutes of loan committee .

what are the remedies available to me to get the information from the cooperative bank.?

are cooperative banks come under rti act,

although bank claims itself that as per rbi quideleines it can apply securtisation and on the other hand under the same rbi quidelines under disclosure of facts is not followed by the cooperative bank

please help me with latest judgements in this regard

Is it a state co –operative bank or "Multistate Cooperatives"

Few opinions are:

-For multi state banks you have to approach Central Registrar at Delhi [which is under Central Govt], since it monitors and controls multi state coop societies or banks.
