my mutation application(inheritance) in local municipal corporation returned due to non submission of R.O.R. i have submitted certified copy of plot information received from BLRO office. the BLRO office is presently not printing R.O.R. from past one month due to unavailability of printing paper which was sent from DLLRO office. they said it will take some more time. i have told the problem to the municipal corporation authority but they refused. what should i do?
