If Offence Committed then FIR lodged in police station u/s 154 then Police machinery has to pass through some legal procedures which mentioned in CrPc and Bombay police act they have to submit charge-sheet within prescribe time to court but what if there are many loop of holes during investigation which cause to be weaken our case on basis of bribe or corruption by I.O Then what Remedy do we have to transfer investigation to other investigation agency e.g C.B.I ? and if it is transferred then could those I.O be started investigations from begin ? e.g recording statement of fresh Panch
