Injuction order on agreeculture land

Dear all I would like to know since we have a land which is into agreeculture land for this to fix the boundary there is a adjcent land owner encrouch into our land and make lot of fake documents and reproduced with before the A.C. court and from A.C. court was order and dismissed the OS and its state to review the agriculture land fix the boundary but from the applicant not allowed for survey officers to do their duty even though police with them My question is here is can we get a permanent injunction order on this which we are in position for agriculture land plz let me know .
