There is one query as regards the mistake committed in the financial statements:
One Private Limited company has received funds from abroad as capital infusion on 18 July 2009.The company has taken that infusion in the balance sheet as the paid up share capital of the company which was supposed to be advance share capital.The form II has been filed to the Registrar on Apr 2010 i.e after the financials date.
Hence the date of allotment becomes Apr 2010.The company has not taken cognizance and the financials are signed and also submitted to the Authorities.
Please suggest what can be done in this regard.
Should the revised return be filed and revised Form V to be filled.
