illegally transfer of property forgery and impersonation

Hi all,

I'm Mallik, my grandfather has one commercial building
which is gifted that property to a 2nd son. But original documents were with 1st son. 2 sons for my grandfather. That gifted registration took place in 2016.

Please help me in which way I can proceed and/or file a suit against them.

Thanks,
Y Mallik.

Thank you.
Is there any ruling from high court that subregistrar officer can cancel that property registration of forgery if we submit originals to officer.

Original documents are still with 1st son. My grandfather 1 day had asked for a Xerox copy of original documents. By taking that Xerox copies my grandfather registered to 2nd son as a gift. But my father(1st son) will have a share in that building right?
