Somebody illegally occupied our GPA registered property in Bangalore. The site was purchased 20 years back. They constructed 2 rooms and got electricity connection also on our site. Please let me know whether I can go for law.

do not waste even a single minute. If your GPA is not a fradulent one and the executant had the power to execute GPA, you should immediately approach the court of law after serving statutory legal notice.
