I met with an accident with a old lady and I admitted her to the hospital she suffered fracture at wrist and she went of he hospital without getting discharged... Meanwhile they filed a case under sections 297,338ipc and they need insurence... So pls give me some advice...what will be the proceedings in court and howlong it will take the case to be finished
