Myself Sudip Raja Residing at Gondal ( Gujarat - State ). Recentaly My Younger Brother was demise. We are a Joint Family. We are businessman. My business firm is propritery firm on my father name. In my business firm books of account there is HUF ( HINDU UNDIVIDED FAMILY AMOUNT ) ON MY MY FATHER NAME MENAS CHANDULAL G. RAJA HUF AMOUNT ( KARTA CHANDULAL G. RAJA ). My demise brother also married. My demise brother have no any child. after death of my brother his wife not willing to leave with us. so in above said huf amount his wife have right to as a legal hair in above said huf amount? please give me appropriate answer as per our indian civil law also as per indian income tax law.
