How to take stay on section 10 hma against sect 9 hma

I have been married since last 8 years and have two kids 7 & 5 years. Under the influence of a fraud Sanyasi Swami my wife refused to come back to me (Bhopal). The so called Swami is staying with my mother in law al alone since more than 9 years in her flat. My father in law passed away in 2005. He use to pressurise me to take Guru Diksha from him which I refused. My wife and Kids visited my mother in law for the summer vacation at Nashik in May 2105. I filed RCR section 9 HMA at Bhopal on 30.06.2015. Later she filed judicial separation section 10 HMA at Nashik on 19.08.2015. So far she’d not appeared in the family court of Bhopal in RCR 7 and sent a letter to the court on 10.08.2015 that she’d already filed the section 10 at Nashik but in reality she filed it on 19.08.2015. Can I get the stay on section 10?? Please advise …

if you really want to join your wife better try to mediate with elders as filing rcr wont be much help to you.

Saravanam S, my question was very specific as many people told me that I can take stay on section 10 at Nashik filed by her after 2 months of filing my section 9 at Bhopal. I'm looking for ruling / citation by Bombay High Court or any other able court for taking stay.
