Hi,
i am yet to file a case against a private hospital in bangalore, but dont have few records, what is the procedure to get the records after filing a complaint/case, as RTI does not apply to private institutions, what does the procedure lawyers employ to get the documents from private organizations and how to make them abide them to give the records ? and you guessed it right the hospital people are not co-operative when asked directly.
