i am currently working in UK ,applied for divorce in india last year.my wife filed 498a aganist me.her family wants to destroy my career and bring me back to India at any cost. i am applying for bail to attend family court in India.is there any problems i can anticipiate eg.impounding of passport/criminal charges / arrest etc therby losing my job and acheiving their goal and if so any advice regarding this?
