Hi,
I am Mrugnaina.I was physically abused by my husband in USA.He got arrested there and i come back in India. Now in India our case is in court. I want to stop him going abroad until the case is in the court. Is there any way to do that?
Second thing is is there any way to get the details of the case like case number, photos taken by US police before arrest?

You can file an application before the court to direct your husband to surrender the pass port to the court. But it is descretionalry powers of the court to direct your husband. You convince the court what would be the injury to you if he flies to US.
