Hi, Due to immense cruelity against me and my old parents since last 5 yrs, i had to leave my own house and live separately on rented apt. She didn't agreed on mutual divorce and was asking for huge ailimony, hence i have filed divorce under 13a. I was frustated by her daily false complains in police station for dv act, dowry, physical abuse etc and somehow i was able to get saved. Now she is trying to trouble
me and my family by complaining to women council and parivar paramarsh kendra which is very far from my home and near to her native place. She is trying torture my family through multiple ways. Getting threatening calls from her relatives who are kind of neta aur gunda. Please suggest how to be safe and how can i get my house back
