GST on suppy of office stationeries

Dear members, If a co operative society supplies office stationeries etc. amounting under 2.5 Lakh,how and what amount to deduct GST on its bill by a government DDO?Should the DDO register for GSTIN?Please guide on the course of action a Government DDO should take on GST .

As Per Notification applicable from 01.10.2018 GST TDS will be 1% on Basic amount,their no diff wh is supplier
