Grammatical error in sale deed

Hi,

I am planning to buy a resale flat, however upon inspection of the seller's sale deed, I found some grammatical error like usage of "Her" instead of "His" in some occassions. Shall I ask the seller to get the sale deed rectified or is this a minor issue which can be ignored? Please help.

Thanks.

'Buyer Beware' applies to property deals.

Preferably obtain proper legal opinion from a very able local counsel of unshakable repute and integrity specializing in revenue matters starting from mother document say; Shajra-e-Aks.

Lots of link docs might be invloved fraught with challenges.

It may cost you a small fee but can defend your hard earned mony and long term interest.

Ramesh can be name of a male and female.

So rectification of error is proper way.
