Respected Sir/Madam,
Andhra Pradesh State had already issued a G.O saying that GRAMA KHANTAM LANDS can be registered and can be sold.But till to day some GRAMA KHANTAM LANDS are still in REGISTRATION PROHIBITION LIST....And similarly one of the Agriculture lands enjoying by me is under the GRAMA KHANTAM LANDS classification and it is in prohibition list.How to overcome this problem?Should i approach Revenue People asking them to remove the GRAMA KHANTAM LANDS FROM PROHIBITION OF REGISTRATION LIST..or any other guidance to sort this problem..Please suggest me a better solution...
