My father own a land and a hosue in Goa, we are 2 brother and 1 sister , My father has willed me the house and the half portion of the land to me and the other half land (without the house ) he has willed to my brother. (My brother has inherited a property in Mumbai and has already transferred the same to his name) My sister is not willed in for anything in the house property.My father and mother are still alive , i would want to know if i can get my share of property ( 50% ) converted into a gift deed, if so how should i go about it.. As i understand that a WILL can be contested and revoked and gift deed cannot be revoked..
Request you advise on the same .
