Gave money for liability

gave 6 Lakhs rupees to one day it's been three years did get money back and paid three months of interest only....now filed case in court.three hearings Over judge asked for statement buildup but the opponent lady didt attend the court again next month date given for hearing. now what will be the next step according law if she again won't attend the next hearing v have filed petition of house attachment also

but already came to court for two hearings produced vakalat
but when asked for statement buildup than didt attend and didt submit statement buildup

ok , Due you have any acknowledgement of Debt in this regard from your Debtor ? or the interest is served through bank account ?

If the respondent/defendsnt abstains from appearing before the courts for other few adjournments the Hon'ble Courts will set her exparte.
