Hi,
Our society members are in discussion for the redevelopment process. We have a closed garage within the society premises. There are 4 such garages in the society owned by different members.We have all the legal documents for the garage ownership. Society members are saying that the garage will not be compensated for in the redevelopment process and we can maximum get another garage/open space parking to reimburse for it.
We have been asking for a proportionate share for the garage as well.
Kindly advice on the same and a way ahead
